Why We Don't Offer Refunds

When you make a purchase on StyleMyFade, the following happens immediately:

• Hair Analysis ($7.99): Your AI analysis has already been completed and the full results are instantly delivered. The AI processing costs are incurred at the time of analysis, before payment.
• Extra Try-On ($0.99): Your try-on credit is immediately available and the AI image generation begins as soon as you use it.

Because the digital service is delivered instantly upon payment and AI processing costs cannot be reversed, we are unable to offer refunds.

What You Get Before Paying

StyleMyFade is designed so you can see what you're getting before you pay:

• You upload your photo and receive a free teaser of your analysis (face shape and hair type) before any payment is required
• You only pay if you want to see the full detailed recommendations
• You receive 1 free virtual try-on included with your analysis purchase

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company, we reserve the right to revoke access to your results and suspend your ability to use the service. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported.

Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical issue where the service failed to deliver (e.g., the analysis did not complete, the try-on image was not generated), please contact us at support@stylemyfade.com. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, may issue a credit or re-process your request.

Technical issues do not include:

• Dissatisfaction with the AI recommendations (these are suggestions, not guarantees)
• Try-on images that don't look exactly like you expected
• Deciding you don't want to change your hairstyle after seeing results
• Results from uploading a low-quality or unsuitable photo
