1. Service Description

StyleMyFade is an AI-powered entertainment and informational tool that analyzes uploaded photos to suggest hairstyles based on facial features. The service uses artificial intelligence to provide hairstyle recommendations and virtual try-on images.

2. Entertainment Purpose Only

StyleMyFade is provided strictly for entertainment and informational purposes. Our AI-generated recommendations are not professional advice. We are not licensed cosmetologists, barbers, hairstylists, dermatologists, or medical professionals. The suggestions provided by our service should not be treated as professional grooming, beauty, or medical advice.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI analysis results are approximations and may not be fully accurate
• Virtual try-on images are AI-generated simulations, not accurate previews of real-world results
• Any decision to change your hairstyle is made entirely at your own discretion and risk
• Results may vary significantly from AI-generated images when applied in real life
• You should consult a professional hairstylist before making any changes to your hair

3. No Professional Liability

StyleMyFade, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any outcomes resulting from following or acting upon the recommendations provided by our service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with a haircut or hairstyle change
• Damage to hair from styling or treatments inspired by our recommendations
• Any physical, emotional, or financial harm resulting from changing your hairstyle
• Costs incurred at salons, barbershops, or other establishments
• Any allergic reactions or skin issues from hair products or treatments

4. Purchases and Payments

StyleMyFade offers one-time digital purchases including hair analysis sessions and virtual try-on credits. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Once you complete a purchase and receive access to your analysis results or try-on credits, the digital service has been fully delivered. Due to the nature of digital goods and AI processing costs incurred at the time of delivery, refunds are not available.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital service that is delivered immediately and that you waive any right to a refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. User Content

By uploading a photo to StyleMyFade, you:

• Confirm that you have the right to upload and use that photo
• Grant us a limited, temporary license to process the photo for analysis and try-on generation
• Understand that your photo and results are automatically deleted after 7 days
• Agree not to upload photos of other people without their consent

7. Privacy and Data Handling

Your uploaded photos are processed by third-party AI services (OpenAI and Replicate) to generate analysis results and try-on images. All uploaded photos and associated data are automatically deleted from our servers after 7 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI systems
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload photos of minors without parental consent
• Scrape, automate, or excessively burden the service

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

StyleMyFade is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The AI analysis will be accurate or suitable for your needs
• The virtual try-on images will reflect real-world outcomes
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any specific results or outcomes will be achieved

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StyleMyFade and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Personal dissatisfaction with hairstyle changes
• Costs of corrective hairstyling or treatments
• Emotional distress related to appearance changes
• Any damages arising from your use of or reliance on our service

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use ofStyleMyFade shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StyleMyFade, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Third-Party Services

StyleMyFade uses third-party services including Stripe for payments, OpenAI for facial analysis, and Replicate for image generation. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of these services. Your use is subject to their respective terms.

13. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years of age to use StyleMyFade. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
